Role Overview:
- Proficient in conceptualizing and implementing competitive sales and operational strategies to enhance product visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities (JD):
- Oversee end-to-end operations of 31 EBO stores and 69 MBO outlets across MP-CG-VD, managing a large team of store managers, assistant managers, associates, and cashiers.
- Drive new product launches and assortment planning for stores.
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales performance and stock availability.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and operational controls across all stores.
- Identify and resolve complex operational challenges across locations.
- Coach and mentor teams to achieve high performance standards and best practices.
- Manage and resolve payment-related issues between franchisees and the brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Monitor and control adulterated stock and promotional leftover inventory.
