Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Noida. In this role, you will manage sales operations, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth across the region. Responsibilities include building and leading a sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing regular sales forecasts. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and play a key role in business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Acumen, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client engagement skills
- Experience in Business Development and Market Analysis
- Team leadership abilities, with skills in motivating and managing a team effectively
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and analytical tools for reporting and forecasting
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and distribution networks is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and target-driven environment
