Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Jabalpur, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and targeting prospective clients, and building strong relationships with financial institutions. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, coaching and mentoring sales teams, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, ability to identify leads, and achieve sales targets
- Experience in regional sales management and team leadership
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and business development
- Analytical skills, ability to identify market trends, and support strategy implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the financial services or lending industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
