Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bangalore. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding regional sales networks, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with clients. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with internal teams to strategize and implement sales plans, monitor market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales performance and market insights will also be a core responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to conduct competitor analysis
- Proficiency in managing sales data, reporting, and CRM tools
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial components sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to travel within the assigned region to meet clients and attend business meetings
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
