Role Description:
SHK Polymers Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors, and achieving assigned sales targets. The candidate will also oversee project sales activities, conduct market research, prepare sales forecasts, and ensure excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Visit industrial clients, consultants, and contractors for business development
- Generate new leads through cold calling and project visits
- Manage project sales from initiation to completion
- Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships
- Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Coordinate with the marketing team for sales growth initiatives
- Lead area development activities across assigned regions/cities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and technical support
