Key Responsibilities
- Empowerment and Training of store Sales Associates.
- Active Demonstration and Direct Sale of the Service.
- Operational Support During Demand Peaks.
- Care of the Point of Sale.
Experience
- Previous experience as a sales promoter, demonstrator, or sales advisor in:
- Retail
- Department stores
- Premium products or services (preferred)
- Experience interacting with and training sales teams (preferred).
Knowledge
- Basic sales and closing techniques.
- Objection handling.
- Selling complementary services or add-ons.
