Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Chandigarh, India. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within their region, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and maintain relationships with key clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, conducting market analyses, and representing the company in client meetings and industry events. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and align with the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Ability to analyze market trends and conduct competitive analysis
- Proficiency in Sales Reporting, Performance Metrics Tracking, and Forecasting
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in an on-site setup in Chandigarh, India
- Experience with the hygiene, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
