Role Description
The Area Sales Manager will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, and promoting Schoolknot's innovative solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, meeting sales targets, creating strategies for market penetration, and collecting feedback to improve products and services. Collaboration with the marketing and technical teams is vital to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad, Maharashtra.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a strong ability to convert leads into customers.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and client engagement techniques.
- Familiarity with the education sector and digital platforms for operational management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for creating effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
