About the Role: As an Area Sales Manager at SaveIN Pay Later, you will be the face of SaveIN in the Delhi NCR market. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle within your assigned territory- from identifying and onboarding right merchants to driving revenue targets and ensuring a strong product experience at the partner level. This role is the blend of an individual contributor and a team leader, best suited for a self-driven field sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Reporting To: Regional Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard relevant merchants across Delhi NCR onto the SaveIN platform- owning the complete sales funnel in collaboration with the Regional Manager.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and training sessions for partner staff to ensure platform adoption and stickiness.
- Penetrate targeted domains and generate a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities for SaveIN's product suite.
- Act as a domain, product, and market expert- leveraging presentations, demo videos, and merchant referrals to build credibility and accelerate deal closures.
- Execute systematic follow-up cadences with merchants to drive time-bound closures and minimize drop-offs in the funnel.
- Serve as the first point of contact for merchant and customer queries related to key business processes, escalating appropriately where required.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the team of high performing sales executives and business development managers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in field sales; prior experience in healthtech or fintech-healthcare is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to independently prospect, qualify, and close deals - with a strong track record in a target-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented approach to objection handling.
- Highly self-motivated individual contributor, comfortable owning outcomes without heavy supervision.
- Own vehicle mandatory - role involves active field visits across the Delhi NCR region.
