Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence across Gujarat and Maharashtra in the electric two-wheeler segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dealer network development, channel sales, and market expansion within the 2-wheeler industry. EV experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Build, expand, and manage dealer/distributor networks across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- Drive market penetration and increase brand visibility.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of dealer engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in 2-wheeler industry).
- EV industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in dealer network development and channel sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and execute strategic plans.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
