Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements as required. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. This role includes planning and executing sales strategies, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, with skills in client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and market analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports, presentations, and using CRM tools for tracking client interactions.
- Knowledge of the safety product industry or related fields is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
