Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Surat for an Area Sales Manager. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve regional targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, providing reports to management, and ensuring effective management of the sales team to meet objectives. The Area Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
- Only Experienced in PV modules Sales
- Experience in market analysis, sales planning, and regional business development
- Leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Knowledge of the renewable energy or solar industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
