Role Description
Royaltech Locks is hiring a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager for our Guwahati location. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust network of distributors and dealers, meeting sales targets, and driving regional sales growth. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring competitor activities, preparing sales reports, and providing product-related training to partners. Additionally, you will foster relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation
- Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development
- Experience in relationship management, networking, and customer support
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hardware or related industry
- Ability to work independently, manage a team, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
