Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Malappuram. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and training the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients across the region. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends to align with organizational goals and ensuring seamless operational coordination within the assigned area.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in sales strategy development and team leadership
- Proficiency in market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and business reporting software
- Prior experience in the financial or FinTech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in an on-site environment
