Role Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations within the Kolkata region. This full-time, on-site role involves designing sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients. The successful candidate will provide detailed sales reports, analyze market trends, manage product promotions, and ensure effective account management. The Area Sales Manager will play a vital role in growing the customer base and expanding our market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including strategic planning, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets
- Strong relationship management, client handling, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the automotive or related industries is an advantage
