Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include managing and onboarding a network of Direct Business Outlets (DBOs), implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with existing partners. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, monitor performance metrics, and provide training to ensure the effective execution of business growth strategies within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales and Business Development
- Proficiency in Team Management and Leadership
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Financial Products or Fintech Industry
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage operational activities
- Familiarity with regional markets and consumer behavior in the assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a high-paced, target-driven environment
