Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include overseeing sales operations within the assigned area, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, developing and executing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role will also involve monitoring market trends, meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and providing guidance to the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge of market trends in solar energy or related industries is a plus
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management Skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous
