Position: Area Sales Manager – Secondary Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager who can drive strong secondary sales and build powerful connections across the market, including dealers, retailers, architects & interior designers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Drive secondary sales through dealer & retailer network
* Develop and expand relationships with architects & interior designers (AID network)
* Ensure strong product movement and market coverage
* Execute branding, promotional activities & site-level engagement
* Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads
* Monitor stock flow, demand trends & competitor activities

* Experience in plywood, veneer & laminate industry
* Strong dealer network + AID (Architects & Interior Designers) connect
* Proven track record in secondary sales growth
* Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
