Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Undergarment Division

Role Summary
We are looking for a hardcore sales-driven Area Sales Manager with strong experience in the undergarment/innerwear industry only. The candidate must have an existing distributor and retailer network and the ability to drive primary & secondary sales aggressively.

Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors across assigned territory
- Drive primary billing and secondary sales
- Expand retail network (MBOs, hosiery shops, wholesalers)
- Ensure target achievement month-on-month
- Build strong relationships with key distributors & retailers
- Monitor stock movement, inventory, and reorder cycles
- Execute market visits (minimum 20 days/month)
- Track competitor activity (Jockey, Rupa, Lux, Dollar, etc.)
- Handle scheme execution, visibility, and branding at retail level
- Maintain daily reporting and sales tracking
Must Have Requirements (Non- Negotiable)
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in undergarment / innerwear industry
- Existing active distributor + retailer network
- Strong knowledge of hosiery market & channel sales
- Proven track record of target achievement
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Good communication & negotiation skills
Preferred Candidates From Brands Like
Rupa, Lux, Dollar, VIP, Jockey, Amul, Dixcy Scott, TT and Other's Undergarment Company.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)
- Attractive sales incentives (no upper cap)
- Travel Allowance (TA)
