Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in the Mohali district. The Area Sales Manager will drive sales initiatives, manage regional teams, develop business strategies, and ensure sales targets are met. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and providing training and performance feedback to the sales team. The role demands leadership, analytical, and communication expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and skills in Business Development, Sales Management, and Strategic Planning.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, including training and development capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the fitness industry or previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
