Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Mohali district. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining relationships with clients. Tasks will also include analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, expanding the customer base, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong team management and leadership skills, including experience mentoring and motivating sales teams
- Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain client-focused professionalism
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Relevant experience in the fitness or health and wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
