Role Overview
As an FMCG Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing distributor networks, and building strong retail presence across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and expand distributor and retailer network
- Identify new market opportunities and onboard new clients
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Ensure proper stock availability and demand forecasting
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in FMCG sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels and retail markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage field teams and travel when required
- Basic understanding of CRM and reporting tools
