Role Overview
The ASM will be responsible for launching Plush products across Modern Trade stores, strengthening retail visibility, and driving secondary sales and brand presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead MT store onboarding and product launches across key chains and outlets
● Drive primary and secondary sales targets for the territory
● Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and planogram execution
● Manage relationships with store managers, buyers, and distributors
● Track stock levels, replenishment, and minimize stock-outs
● Execute promotions, activations, and trade marketing initiatives
● Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth supply and execution
● Maintain regular reporting on sales performance and store coverage
