Role Description
I’m looking to hire a strong “hunter” for my team at Ozonetel — someone who thrives on opening doors, building CXO relationships, and winning large enterprise deals in the BFSI / NBFC space.
This role is for someone who:
• Loves pure hunting and enterprise acquisition
• Can navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Has experience selling SaaS / CCaaS / CPaaS / Contact Center / CX solutions
• Understands BFSI, lending, collections, customer engagement ecosystems
• Is hungry, aggressive, disciplined, and outcome-driven

Experience: Enterprise sales experience in SaaS/Telecom/CCaaS/CPaaS preferred
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, preferably in CX, contact center, CRM, or related enterprise platforms.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity management, and closing complex deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Ability to conduct impactful product demos, presentations, and solution discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in account management, including upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Comfort working with sales metrics, forecasting, and CRM tools to manage pipelines and report on performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital customer experience, contact center operations, or customer engagement workflows.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team
