Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, expanding customer portfolios, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, providing excellent customer support, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales operations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in account management and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy development, and customer portfolio expansion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
- Knowledge of diagnostic kits, immunochemistry reagents, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed
- Previous experience in sales roles within the healthcare or diagnostics industry is preferred
