Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Pirpainty. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and supervising the performance of the sales team. The Area Sales Manager will also gather market insights, analyze performance metrics, and implement initiatives to expand market presence and boost revenue. Managing distributor networks and ensuring customer satisfaction are key elements of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development experience with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the sales team effectively
- Strong analytical skills for market research, sales data analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using sales tools and software to monitor performance and maintain records
- Understanding of the dairy or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
