Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Lucknow & Patna. The role involves managing sales operations within the assigned region, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and maximizing sales targets. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also oversee sales forecasting and reporting.
Experience :- 3 to 5 yrs
Salary :- 35,000 to 40,000 pm
Location :- Lucknow & Patna
Preferred Industry :- Horeca & Baking Industry
Responsibilities
- Fulfill Sales Target
- Demonstrate Company Products
- Appoint Distributor & Manage Team
- He will guide his team for how to do the sales.
- Setting sales Targets as per the allocation.
- Review the sales team along with the DSR reporting.
- Going along with sales team and closing sales call wherever required.
- Relationship management with his own Key clients.
- Ensure all prospect activity and prospect funnel is recorded on in real time
- Providing monthly data driven management reports on performance and pipeline
- Work within compliance procedures and guidelines.
- Lead by example by consistently delivering self-initiated new business.
- Acts as an ambassador for in all external interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the food industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience in analyzing market trends and developing sales strategies
- Knowledge of bakery ingredients is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
