- Drive business growth across designated accounts by managing both revenue and profitability. Lead all Novasol activities and initiatives for assigned customers to deliver business objectives. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Novasol as their trusted and preferred partner.
- Develop, communicate, and execute Account Development Plans (ADPs), sales forecasts, and budgets with clearly defined KPIs.
- Manage the project brief pipeline, ensuring both volume and quality of projects to meet growth targets.
- Safeguard and expand base business across key markets and accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements within established guidelines, including credit terms, pricing structures, rebates, and other commercial parameters.
- Participate actively in customer presentations and joint project collaborations.
- Oversee the commercial project pipeline to ensure timely delivery and high-quality solutions aligned with customer needs.
