Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Area Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, achieving sales targets, managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, and developing innovative sales strategies. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, and preparing performance reports to ensure consistent growth within the assigned region.

- Proficiency in developing sales strategies, market research, and analysis
- Exceptional team leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the real estate or prop-tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
