Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for an Area Sales Manager. The role involves acquiring and managing sales opportunities within the assigned region, building relationships with prospective clients, and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include leading a team to drive sales, developing strategies to generate leads, presenting the product to potential clients, and overseeing the onboarding process. The role also includes analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Business Development, Sales, and B2B Client Management
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills with a focus on Client Engagement
- Experience in Team Management and Leadership
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Sales Performance Tracking
- Understanding of the PropTech, Real Estate, or Community Management sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic and competitive environments
