Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for business development activities, engaging with potential stores, driving sales, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Regular responsibilities include contacting stores, visiting them, placing nira balance's products in their stores, driving sales and collecting market insights to identify growth opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences and representing us at various events.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and store acquisition.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining stores relationships.
- Proficiency in market research and identifying growth opportunities within the healthcare or wellness sector.
- Adaptable and solution-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in healthcare or wellness sales is a plus.
