Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar etc with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Area Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations within the assigned region, build and maintain relationships with clients, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, creating reports, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with marketing teams to promote brand growth and product awareness. The role requires effective communication and strategic leadership to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and business development
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, account management, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and use data to inform decision-making
• Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software
• Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is a plus

Required in Multiple Location: Jharkhand, Odisha & Bihar.
