Role Description
The Area Sales Manager will oversee and grow sales operations within their assigned territory, focusing on achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributor partnerships, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular travel within the assigned region to meet clients and assess market needs. Collaboration with teams to implement promotional initiatives and provide training for sales representatives is also essential.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including sales planning, territory management, and relationship building
- Experience with market analysis, competitor assessment, and identifying new business opportunities
- Effective leadership and team training skills to guide and motivate sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the FMCG or herbal product industry is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
