Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the designated area, manage and expand distributor networks, achieve sales targets, and monitor market trends. The individual will mentor and motivate the sales team, conduct regular reviews, and strategize to penetrate new markets. The role also requires fostering relationships with retailers, ensuring a consistent supply chain for the company’s products, and driving business growth in alignment with the company's mission.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong understanding of Distributor Management and Retail Network Handling
- Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching skills
- Analytical skills with experience in Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Familiarity with FMCG and traditional supply chains is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
