Job Description
- Ensuring the Safety is the first priority for all the members in the prescribed area.
- To develop the growth plan for prescribed area to maintain profitable and sustainable business .
- Manage a team of sales & service professionals, coach & Train them in taking increased responsibility.
- Maintain the gross margins and payment collection on time to maintain the profitability.
- Foster a strong relationship with existing and potential clients, and resolve any customer queries that come b
- Plan customer visits, ensure main customers are efficiently looked after, generate business enquiries to meet growth plan.
- Create the business opportunities by increasing customer interaction through productive face time with customer.
- Order intake budget planning and implementation of the same to achieve the target.
- Plan and facilitate material inventory and resource allocation working effectively with team and other internal stake holders.
- Analyses customer needs, requirements, and strategic plans recommending solutions with Company programs. Keeps management informed through regular activity reports and communications.
- Ensuring the Nalco standards of service and value documentation implementation for the customer.
- Work in close collaboration with the internal / external stakeholders
- Build and lead a strong team of Sales rep and service engineers and groom them to make them fit for the profile/
- Provide the right training to the sales team by acting as a training sales manager
- Foster a strong relationship with existing and potential clients, and resolve any customer queries that come by
- Utilise different modes and channels of communication to reach the target audience effectively
- Monitor the performance of the District representatives / Account Managers and tweak the sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Willing to travel more than 50% of the time.
- Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Water treatment industry would be an added advantage
