Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager for an on-site role based in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts within the designated territory, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and distributors, analyzing market trends, and overseeing sales team performance. The role also involves presenting detailed sales reports and collaborating with various departments to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and regional sales strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective sales tactics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting and tracking tools
- Team leadership and performance management experience
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Exposure to the ready-to-eat food industry would be an added advantage
