We are building **Mukta Foods**, a new-age spice brand focused on purity, single origin sourcing, and traceability — and we’re looking for a driven **Area Sales Manager (ASM)** to lead our Mumbai market.
📍 **Location:** Mumbai
🏭 **Industry:** FMCG (Spices)
🛒 **Channel Mix:** Retail (60%) | HoReCa (40%)
🔑 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Drive monthly primary & secondary sales targets
• Build and manage strong distributor relationships
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
• Expand into new areas and grow market presence
• Develop a robust retail network across Mumbai
• Scale HoReCa partnerships and institutional sales
🎯 **Ideal Candidate:**
• Strong FMCG sales experience (preferably spices/food category)
• Deep market connections in Mumbai retail ecosystem
• Proven track record in distribution expansion and execution
• Leadership mindset with hands-on approach

- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Territory and Account Management, and Business Developmen
- tStrong Negotiation, Client Relationship Building, and Communication skill

- sExperience in Team Leadership, Performance Monitoring, and achieving Sales Target
- sProficient in using CRM tools and Sales Automation technologie
- sFamiliarity with the spice or food export industry is a plu
