Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth, market expansion, and distributor management across the Bhopal & Indore region, ensuring strong execution of company strategies and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall sales operations for the assigned territory (Bhopal & Indore)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and retail network
- Ensure product availability and visibility across key outlets
- Execute brand promotions and marketing activities in the market
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Lead and guide the sales team (TSEs/Executives) for performance improvement
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Key Requirements:
- Age: Below 35 years
- Education: Graduate / MBA (Preferred in Sales/Marketing)
- Experience: 3–6 years in FMCG / Alco-bev sales
- Strong knowledge of Bhopal & Indore markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
