Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Aurangabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for the brand in the designated region. Responsibilities include territory management, overseeing a team of sales representatives, identifying market opportunities, achieving sales targets, and implementing promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and reach. Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to streamline processes and achieve business growth will also be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, territory management, and achieving or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Market analysis, strategy development, and reporting experience
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the apparel, retail, or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
