We are hiring for the role of Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the Medical Devices Industry across multiple locations.

💼 Experience: 2+ Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive sales growth for microscopes in the assigned territory
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agricultural Labs, FSL, and Industrial sectors
✔ Promote products to both government and private institutions
✔ Meet doctors and key stakeholders through planned appointments and regular field visits
✔ Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide technical support
✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
✔ Handle area sales, collections, customer complaints, and relationship management
✔ Analyze market potential and track sales performance
✔ Submit daily and weekly reports to management
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✅ Minimum 2 years of sales experience
✅ Strong communication and field sales skills
✅ Experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Scientific Product Sales will be preferred
✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned region
