Role Description

This full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role is based in Kakori. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and expand sales operations, build and maintain relationships with channel partners, and drive revenue growth in the assigned region. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to customers. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and after-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve revenue targets and build long-term business relationships
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the digital security or technology sector
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams
  • Analytical skills to monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Knowledge of digital security products, technologies, and industry trends is an advantage
  • Proven leadership capabilities to manage and guide a sales team towards organizational goals
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kakori with a readiness to travel within the region
