Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales within the assigned region, by identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and devising strategies to achieve sales targets. The role entails conducting market research, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction and sustained business growth. Additionally, the candidate will represent the company during industry events, deliver product demonstrations, and provide professional after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with expertise in building client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present products and solutions effectively to clients
- Strategic mindset with skills in Market Research and Analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Ability to manage accounts and provide exceptional after-sales support to clients
- Experience in the foodservice or equipment industry will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to work independently and within a team, displaying accountability and results-driven behavior
