Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our team on-site in Bhopal. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term customer relationships within their territory. Key responsibilities include managing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, analyzing market trends, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The role will also involve coordinating with the internal team, conducting customer presentations, and providing regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management: Proven ability in territory sales management, customer relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Experience in analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong skills in client presentations, negotiations, and verbal and written communications.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and work towards common organizational goals.
- Business and Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of diagnostic or healthcare markets, or a willingness to learn, is a strong advantage.
- Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. A proven track record of sales success will also be considered.
