- Role:
Responsible for Sales – Tamil Nadu in particular, for all products distribution represented by Micro Village and to achieve the fixed target specified by the Company from time to time.
To identify service partners/channel partners/system integrators and corporate customers and to establish, maintain and grow rapport with them as per Business Plan.
- Objective:
· To understand and identify the market & services for all Microvillage products across TN
· Identifying the Competition and the competitive edge for the MV products/services and to develop strategic business plan in accordance with company polices for execution and to ensure to enhance the competitive edge of MV in the market.
· Managing key accounts in order to generate more business and strong business relationship as per Organizations/customer standards and achieve the set targets.
- Manage the regional sales team effectively through deliverable business people management, customer management, and quality management.
- Follow MIS and be part of periodic review with the team leader and to support the Business Plan of the organization and to coordinate periodically with the concerned for report generation & transaction of Accounts with a business sense.
- Knowledge & skill sets:
A) Managerial:
- Manage the Dealers/Channel Partners/Retailers, vendors and Institutions for developing and maintaining the growth of sales of network, Product Sales & providing suitable solutions.
- Drive, Sales & Marketing in the assigned territory to achieve respective business goals/stretch goals.
- Identify and network with financially strong and reliable channel partners – dealers/retailers for enhancing sales.
- Implement sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort.
- Understand the new products/technology and disseminate to the team members and to the channel partners.
- Responsible for prompt information flow including MIS Reports, monitoring, competitor activities, environment scanning and also product-based sales forecasting for the territory.
