Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our Poultry / Meat Division. The candidate should have strong experience in poultry or meat product sales, distributor handling, market development, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales operations in the assigned territory
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build strong relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and institutional clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth supply operations
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback regularly
Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in poultry or meat product sales
- Strong network in FMCG / frozen food / fresh meat market preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sales team and distributors
- Must be willing to travel within assigned territory
- Graduate preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in frozen chicken, buffalo meat, mutton, seafood, or processed meat products
- Knowledge of retail and HORECA sales channels is an advantage
