Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Duties include devising sales strategies, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and conducting market analysis. The role requires collaboration with internal teams for product promotion, addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction while enhancing market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
- Ability to create and execute strategic sales planning and market analysis
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge or experience in the medical industry, particularly in Urology, Gastroenterology, Infertility/Gynecology, or Radiology, is highly desirable
- Capability to manage a regional sales territory and meet or exceed established sales targets
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and team collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Willingness to frequently travel within the designated region
