Role Description
We Are Hiring – Area Sales Manager (Mortgages) | Mahindra Finance | Salem & Erode
We are looking for experienced professionals to join us as Area Sales Manager – Mortgages for Salem & Erode locations.
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving mortgage sales operations, executing regional business strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handling and mentoring a team of minimum 4 members
✔ Driving a business target of ₹5–7 Crores
✔ Developing and executing sales growth strategies
✔ Building strong customer and channel relationships
✔ Monitoring market trends and identifying business opportunities
✔ Ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Minimum 7+ years of experience in Mortgages / Banking / NBFC Sales
✔ At least 3+ years of team handling experience is mandatory
✔ Strong leadership, business development, and target management capabilities preferred
