Role Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Indore. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, driving revenue, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory. Tasks include formulating and implementing sales strategies, managing dealer networks, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business growth. The role also involves regular interaction with customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and align sales efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Dealer Relationship Management
- Ability to analyze Market Trends and Design Sales Strategies to achieve targets
- Proficiency in Customer Engagement, Communication, and Stakeholder Management
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on driving Operational Efficiency and Revenue Growth
- Solid understanding of the automotive or farm equipment industry is preferred
- Proven experience in managing and working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is an added advantage
