Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ankleshwar for an Area Sales Manager. The role is responsible for achievement of sales and marketing revenues targets for AFRF in the domestic market. Provide support to regions as required and support in achievement of regional targets. Responsible to oversee order cycle for customers and ensure proper Development.
Roles & Responsibilities
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Domestic Sales Operations
1. Responsible for achievement of sales target in the domestic market.
2. Continuous interaction with clients and ensure all orders are fulfilled as per customer needs.
3. Manage client queries in matters related to change in product specification, pricing etc.
4. Supports the Head-SAF/ AFRF and Director Marketing in scheduling of SAF/ AFRF Dispatch in times of heavy demand
5. Responsible to look into the invoicing and contracts for key clients
6. Resolve critical customers concerns on a need basis
7. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
8. Co-ordinate with corporate communication team and supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs
9. Monitor the sales performance through regular meetings and discussions on the progress with the sales team managers and members
Liaison
1. Support Head – SAF/ AFRF in coordinating with GPCB/MPCB/CPCB for related matters
2. Co-ordinate with the Contract Management Team in preparation of Domestic Contracts
3. Co-ordinate with Tax team in matters related to excise, royalty, VAT and other related matters
Compliance
1. Keep up to date with the latest policies, procedures and developments in the domestic markets
2. Ensure compliance to all related norms across Luthra Group – Corporate and units
MIS & Reporting
1. Drive periodic tracking of results through strong MIS & reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
