Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Area Sales Manager for Kolkata region, Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes leading and mentoring sales teams, conducting market analysis to understand trends, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in team leadership and the ability to coach and support sales teams
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of the housing or building materials industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Retail sales experience in premium products segment would be preferred.
